Additional Hardware for WAZER Maintenance/Workflow

Below is a list of additional hardware we use to keep the WAZER in it's ideal standards. We have also included some items you may want to pick up along the way, to make using and managing the WAZER smooth. Do not feel the need to immediately go out of your way to have these parts on hand at all times, but know that these items may come up during routine maintenance and workflows.

  • Philips Screwdriver

  • 6mm Hex

  • De-Burr tool

  • File Tool


Computer Hardware

  • Micro SD Card Reader/Adapter for updating Firmware on Control Board

  • SD Card Reader/Adapter for transferring cut profiles to and from the WAZER

  • Spare SD Card - We provide one with the WAZER, but a spare card on hand will increase convenience

Supplies

  • Batteries (9V) - For domestic shipments, we provide the water leak alarm with batteries pre-installed. Replace as necessary when batteries die.

  • Blue Goop is a thread lubricant used for screws under high hydraulic pressure

  • Teflon Tape is a thread sealant used to stop water leaking through screw threads

  • Canned Air/Air Compressor in order to get rid of clogs/moisture

  • Sandpaper/Grinder to help remove rough edges on materials. We do provide a simple file tool to help with this

  • Tank Cleaning Tools - Gloves, bucket, siphon hose, scoop. Tools to help perform full tank cleans

  • Blue Loctite 242/248 used only during maintenance/repair procedures regarding screw sealing

  • Red Loctite 5452/545 used only during maintenance/repair procedures regarding screw sealing

Safety Information

  • Do NOT forget to prime the water systems during set-up. Make sure air has left all the hose lines before attempting your first cut

  • Safety Eyewear can be used as user feels necessary while machine is under operation

  • Safety Ear Muffs should be used when staying close to the machine for extended periods of over 15 minutes

  • NO extension cords

  • Do NOT keep WAZER in freezing conditions for any amount of time
