How to Completely Remove the Right Side Cavity Tray

Compared to the older version WAZER, WAZER V1.5 differs in a major way. That is the layout of the right side cavity tray. In WAZER v1.5, the right side cavity tray is made of ABS plastic. More importantly, it completely shields the internal wirings, and separates the electronics compartment to the hydraulics compartment.

While the upgraded right side cavity tray promotes safety, it blocks access to the internal wiring and makes repair less convenient. This instruction teaches you how to properly remove the right side cavity tray, and will expose the internals of WAZER.

Tools needed:

  • Flat Head Screwdriver

  • Philips Screwdriver

  • 4mm Allen Wrench

  • 3mm Allen Wrench

Procedure

  • Power the WAZER off, and unplug the AC cord from the outlet.

  • Unplug the AC barrel plug from under the controller

  • Unplug the leads found on the power switch

  • User a flat head screw driver to remove all the cable connectors. The trick is to use a finger and press onto the back latch, and use the flat head to pry on the lip simultaneously. Please be very careful to not pull or damage the wires

  • Release cables from all the cable tie downs.

  • Disconnect the two JST connectors that provide power to the High Pressure Valve and Drain Valve
